Spearheaded for 16 years this national U.S. magazine published monthly by a nonprofit organization.  Its readership figures leaped by 37% from 2005 to 2014 to achieve record figures of 42,000 subscribers and an estimated 80,000 U.S. readers.

Led the a major redesign in 2006 and transformed the magazine from black-and-white to full-color.

Executed annual special packages (season previews, international editions education packages, artistic trends and management concerns.)

Appointed by Czech Republic's Ministry of Culture and Arts/Theatre Institute of the Czech Republic to serve as Editor-in-Chief for the 2007, 2011 and 2015 editions.  Distributed in Prague's city center, this newspaper reached 65,000 visitors, 5,000 professionals and students, as well as 33,000 tourists and spectators from all around the world.

Led the Internet department and supervised the works of 15 young writers, bloggers and photographers.
